Document chasing for small CPA firms
Stop chasing clients for documents.
ChaseQuill sends your clients polite, scheduled reminders about the documents they still owe you, in your firm’s name — and sends nothing more once you have marked the last one received.
The follow-up is the part nobody bills for
- Every client needs more than one nudge. The first request is easy; the third and fourth are the ones that slip.
- Each nudge has to be polite and well timed. Too soon reads as pushy, too late costs you the filing window.
- Knowing who still owes what lives in your head. Or in an inbox, or a spreadsheet that is out of date by Tuesday.
How it works
- Add a client and list the documents you need from them.
- Start their reminder sequence.
- Reminders go out on day 0, 3, 7, 14 and 21, during business hours in the client’s time zone, each listing only what is still outstanding.
- Mark documents received as they arrive. When the last one is in, the reminders stop — the checklist is read again before every send.
Not another portal. Not another per-seat suite.
Your clients do not log in to anything and do not learn a new tool. They get an email that says exactly what is missing, and send documents to you the way they already do. ChaseQuill never receives or stores the documents themselves — it only keeps track of which ones have arrived.
The reminders are written from fixed, careful templates, not by AI, so you always know what your clients will read.
Early access
ChaseQuill is free during early access. Signing up does not ask for a card, and nothing is charged.
